About this blog

This blog (and its partner blog for Radio Theatre) was started as a personal convenience to have a podcast feed for the Focus on the Family shows.

Although they have a webpage where you can listen to their shows, you have to use their flash player, and I wished to listen on my mobile phone. I wrote a python script which uses the same source as their webpage, but forms a blog post for it. Then, I pointed feedburner to the blog, resulting in an RSS stream that I subscribe to in the podcast app I use. A good alternative is this app on google play.
